A bereaved widow, abandoned with seven children. Her husband passed away after an extended illness, and she remains to raise seven grieving orphans and also contend with exorbitant debts that were amassed due to tremendous medical expenses. The steep loan payments left her with no money to cover the costs of food and basic utilities. As such, gas, water and electricity bills piled up. After several cruel warnings, the collection department knocked at her door and confiscated her possessions in order to sell them and repay her debts. Her meager assets included her refrigerator, washing machine, stove, and furniture including beds, etc. Binyan Adei Ad undertook to pay the widow's debts, and the collection department restored her property. Another family saved from shame, despair, and poverty. Now, the widow is continuing her work as a computer programmer and doing her best to provide her seven orphans with a warm, stable home and family life.
