Often, I'll only eat bread and drink tea

• I am raising two children whom my daughter abandoned
• I feel like I'm on the verge of collapsing

• my son suddenly and totally stopped speaking
• I suffered from post-partum depression and was hospitalized

I am a widow and can not make ends meet. My only income is the grant that I receive from the National Insurance Institute.  Each month, my medication costs 500 NIS, and I owe private lenders tremendous sums of money, which I borrowed in order to cover my expenses.

My health is poor; I suffer from heart disease and diabetes.  I am very weak, and it is difficult for me to manage.  Recently, I underwent open heart surgery, and I need to take a lot of pills to maintain my health.  I also require daily insulin shots, and I can not afford to cover these hefty medical bills.

When my husband, may he rest in peace, was still alive, I never had to worry about money.  I relied on him totally, and never even stepped foot in the bank.

My financial situation is very difficult. There are days when I do not eat anything healthful, because I can't afford it.  Often, I'll only eat bread and drink tea, because I can't afford anything else. 

I have children, but none are able to help me since they all have difficult financial situations.  One is divorced and lives with me at home, but does not help me at all because he doesn't earn much money.
